Am I the only one who expected a little more help after buying from USCutter? I ran into a setup issue and reached out to support, but the whole experience was frustrating. It took a long time to get replies, and when they finally did respond, it felt like I was getting the same copy-and-paste answers instead of someone actually trying to understand the problem.

Tech support kept pointing the finger at my computer, but they never really walked me through anything in a useful way. I ended up figuring out most of it on my own, which kind of defeated the purpose of contacting them in the first place. After that experience, I really don’t see myself buying from them again.

Overall, it cuts fine most of the time!! I’ve been using it here and there, and when it’s working smoothly, it does the job well. That said, the rollers do slip sometimes, which gets frustrating fast... and the setup was a bit more annoying than I expected!!! Not a bad cutter at all, just not totally hassle-free.

My order from uscutter.com showed up faster than I expected, which I definitely appreciated. The box was a little beat up with some dents, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged and everything worked like it should. I do think packages ought to be treated with a bit more care, so it only felt fair to take off one star for the condition it arrived in. Overall, though, I’m happy with the order.

I had to return a cutter part and wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it would be. Support wasn’t super fast getting back to me, but I can deal with a little wait as long as things get handled right. They approved the return, the warranty part was covered, and my refund came through a few days after they received it. Not perfect, but fair overall

I’ve ordered from uscutter a couple of times now, and the prices are the main reason I keep coming back. A few things I bought were way cheaper than what I found elsewhere, and the quality has been solid for what I paid. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing, but it got here without any real problems. My only annoyance is that the communication isn’t always super clear, so I found myself wondering what was going on at times. Still, overall it’s a good value if you’re trying to save some money.
